| Here's how ExecuMax SELF COACHING works: | ||

The identified executive and myself have a two-hour assessment. At this time difficulties and challenges will be identified but most importantly GOALS and OBJECTIVES will be established. We will then have four one-hour sessions per month for two to three months. This time frame will allow the ExecuMax SELF COACHING process to not only resolve the initial presenting issues but for the individual to become consistent in the application of SELF COACHING as their ongoing problem resolution system. Since ExecuMax SELF COACHING is application oriented, between our conversations the individual will identify things to do that will move them toward problem resolution. They are always welcome to share questions, successes, or anything else of importance whenever the need arises. |
